This video shows the integration of the AUGUR ART phased array flaw detector manufactured by the ECHOPLUS Research Center and the Universal Robots industrial robot. The movement of a miniature ultrasonic sensor along a complex trajectory is provided to perform the control procedure. The peculiarity of the kobot is to ensure a constant pressure force of the sensor. The combination of a high-speed flaw detector with visualization and data recording and a programmable robot allows for a qualitatively different level of control of such complex products as turbine blades of power equipment.
