SPC ECHOPLUS has delivered to JSC "Power Machines"

In May 2014, the SPC ECHOPLUS delivered to JSC "Power Machines" installations for automated ultrasonic monitoring using digital focusing antenna technology of ring welded joints up to 205 mm thick welded rotors. The installation allows automated ultrasonic testing in a narrow gap between the rotor discs, while the sensitivity of the inspection is not worse than 3 mm2 in the entire thickness range, the resolution along the axis of the welded joint and in depth is not worse than 3 mm. Specialists of the ECHOPLUS together with specialists of JSC "Power Machines" conducted automated ultrasonic inspection of ring welded joints of two rotor layouts (7 welded joints).
